Shipping policy

Ratbag Dice loves local, and that goes for our sales too! We will be available at select cons and markets, and pickup from these venues is encouraged.

Local delivery is available within Ottawa City at $10. Delivery is expected to take 2 business days.

If Ottawa is not a convenient location for you, then Ratbag Dice can and will provide you with the most cost-effective shipping solution available. The Shopify platform calculates the weight, dimension and destination of your items, and will calculate one or more postage rates. Wherever possible we will use Canada Post, and all packages will be tracked.

We are currently not willing to ship internationally.
